Return requests can be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product, with the purchase invoice or order number provided as proof

The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories and attached tags

Products showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted

If any defect appears in the product after use or washing, the product will be reviewed by the company’s production department, and the customer will be notified within a maximum of 10 official working days from the date the product is handed to the shipping representative. (If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer is entitled to an exchange or refund, and the company will bear the shipping costs for the replacement item. If misuse by the customer is proven, the product will be returned to the customer.)

 

Non-Returnable Products

Underwear and socks (for health reasons).

Products that have been customized or altered at the customer’s request.

Special offers identified as non-returnable.

 

Return Procedures:

1- Submit a return request via the website or by contacting customer service.

2- The product will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

3- Refund processing takes 7-14 days.

4- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made into wallet inside your account at Bishyaka.

5- Once the refund process is complete, you will be notified

6- Cash refunds upon receiving the return are not available.
